Momentum Healthcare facilities in Oregon and Franklin Grove launch food drive

As the holiday season approaches, three Momentum Healthcare communities are coming together with one goal in mind: helping local families in need.Beginning Nov. 11 and continuing through Dec. 11, Momentum Healthcare will host a community food drive to collect nonperishable food items for three local food pantries: Lifeline Food Pantry, Dixon Food Pantry and Ashton Care Pantry.Participating facilities include Oregon Living Rehabilitation, Franklin Grove Living Rehabilitation and The Meadows of Franklin Grove.The food drive is an opportunity for residents, staff, families and community members to work together to make a difference in the lives of others.“The holidays are a time when we think about family, friends, and the importance of helping one another,” said Mary Welty, director of community relations for Momentum Healthcare. “We know there are families in our communities who are struggling to put food on the table. We want to do our part to help ease that burden, especially duri
